Xistos offers the tastiest soups, for Grandma Nita’s recipes are made with ingredients from the kitchen garden and herbs from our Mediterranean forest which, mixed with bread and olive oil, bring the Alentejo to the table.
Worry not, we have cheeses and sausages and their best accompaniments from the best local vineyards.
If you want something lighter, we have seasonal vegetable mixtures and salads to offer.
